If you are like me, there are two things that will quickly turn me from “I am so excited to cook for my family,” to “Forget it, we are ordering in”…. DISHES and TOO MANY INGREDIENTS! But mostly dishes 😉

This easy casserole is essentially four ingredients, if you count copious amounts of different cheeses as more than one, than it is more. And I say one-ish pans because the same pan I fry the hamburg in is the same one that goes in the oven and as far as boiling the noodles, I usually just rinse my pasta pot instead of worrying about putting it through the dishwasher after every use! Hello LIFE HACK haha

So here we go, first things first, preheat oven to 350. Over medium heat, fry up your 80/20 ground beef, adding a little salt and pepper. While that is cooking, bring a few cups of water to a boil. Once the meat is cooked, turn off the heat, add one can of Campbell’s Tomato Soup, mix and cover. Add your noodle of choice to the boiling water. I personally think rotini works best for this, but use what you have!

When you have cooked the noodles to al dente, about 10 minutes, drain and then pour into meat dish. Mix well and cover with your cheese of choice! We enjoy monterey jack and cheddar but I don’t see how you could go wrong with any cheese!

Let cook for 35 mins or until the cheese is crispy on top and melty in the middle!

This is a meal your family is going to ask for over and over again, and you will be happy to deliver because really you can’t beat 4 ingredient meals!
