So this morning I had the awesome opportunity to appear on one of our local morning news programs and share some super yummy mac and cheese recipes! We are huge football fans in this house and one of my favorite fall activities is making a ton of food every Sunday and hanging out with my family! Well all of that stops as soon as the season is over and that is a huge bummer for us, so this year I thought, let’s do the same for college basketball tournaments! If you follow me on social media you know I love my Crockpots and quick foods, so here is one of three yummy mac and cheese recipes I shared with our locals today!

I do think it is worth mentioning, as well,  that in this segment I used recipe-ready Keystone meats. They come in a variety of meats including turkey and pork, but I used the chicken and beef. I love this product because not only are they a family owned business and made right here in the USA, there are only TWO ingredients in the can and that is the meat product and sea salt! In a world where it’s hard to really know what you are eating, there are no questions when it comes to this! I can’t wait to share more recipes with you so let’s get right to the first one, Chili Mac!

This won’t take long so make sure you don’t blink or you might miss it 🙂

In a bowl (or if you are using your Crockpot, you can do this all in the dish) toss in 2 cups of cooked cavatappi pasta, 1 cup Keystone Beef, 2 cups cheddar cheese, 1 can of chili sauce and salt and pepper to your liking.  Mix well and either heat up over medium heat until all the cheese has melted or toss in the Crockpot on high heat for about 30-40 minutes, being sure to mix every 10 minutes. Serve warm with a dollop of sour cream or my personal fav, crumbled Cheez-its! YUM!
