  • Place Pork Roast in crockpot
  • Pour root beer over meat.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until pork shreds easily with fork.
  • Remove and drain root beer.
  • Return pork to crock pot and shred with mixer.
  • Pour BBQ sauce over pork and mix.
  • Serve on buns with Cole slaw or fries or even chips on the side.
